Pete is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Coach, speaker on the No Fluff Just Stuff Conference Circuit, and contributing member of the Scrum Alliance and Agile Alliance. Pete led the development of the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Coaching (CSC) Program and continues to lead the CSC review and program team.

    

Leadership Agility Coach

Pete is also a Leadership Agility Coach through Changewise and is a Certified Coach to administer The Leadership Agility 360 Assessment. Through this program, Pete leads public workshops and private leadership off-site programs focusing on Leadership Agility and fostering an agile culture and drive organizational agility. In addition, he guides agile leaders in their transformation from experts and achievers to agile catalysts within their organization.

Prior Experience

Prior to founding Trail Ridge Consulting, Pete has led agile, iterative and phased-based product direction, engineering, development process and architecture at Electronic Data Systems (EDS),Rational Software Corporation (now an IBM product line) and Roving Planet, Inc, a wireless management and security provider.

Â	5 years consulting with EDS leading development of large data warehouse solutions. Developed under waterfall andRapid Application Development (RAD)processes.	Â	7 years leading development of the requirements management solutionRational RequisitePro – now a core product in the IBM Rational Product line. Extensive experience developing solutions using the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
	3 years leading development of a WLAN management and security platform using the agile process of Scrum with XP Practices with teams both on and offshore.
