He is an entrepreneur and executive product development leader with over 17 years in agile and adaptive development methods, product direction and management, engineering, architecture, and leadership.

Prior Work
Prior to founding Trail Ridge Consulting, Pete has led agile, iterative and phased-based product direction, engineering, development process and architecture at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Rational Software Corporation (now an IBM product line) and Roving Planet, Inc, a wireless management and security provider.
