Agility as a structure is becoming better understood through cross-functional teams working collaboratively. However, Agility as a culture has very little exposure - yet culture impacts every attempt at agility. |

Following their initial transformation at the conclusion of 2006, Salesforce.com has released their products on time every single season. Pete was hired as the principle coach for Salesforce.com through their initial transformation in 2007 and provided organizational, process, environmental and product guidance. A few of the critical success factors were our solidification of teams, funneling each team's product work through a single pipeline, and focus on debt management throughout the release cycle.
