Comparative Analysis of Job Satisfaction in Agile and Non-Agile Software Teams
XP2006 Study by Grigori Melnik, Frank Maurer at the University of Calgary

Melnik and Maurer compare job satisfaction in agile versus non-agile development organizations. They found a moderate positive correlation between the level of agile experience and overall job satisfaction and twice as many members of agile teams are satisfied with their jobs as non-agile teams. petebehrens (Pete Behrens) : @Armond_M sorry, no recording of my Leading Agility "Inside-Out" from #RallyOn2012. Will look for a future recording opportunity.

petebehrens (Pete Behrens) : (time lapse) I DID IT! I ran a 44:30 10k - on a flat sea-level course in Seattle in cool weather. Mile high #BolderBoulder next.

petebehrens (Pete Behrens) : Amazing - 5:20am in Seattle hotel, all 9 treadmills are busy. Good motivation to run outdoors today.

Armond_M (Armond Mehrabian) : @petebehrens Thanks for sharing the slides. Is there a webinar-like presentation of these slides somewhere? #RallyON2012
