Public Workshops

Training WorkshopsSince 2005 we have been providing agile assessment, training and coaching services for clients to guide their agile transformations. During this time, we have been analyzing, developing and deploying patterns of organizational agility which have propelled our clients to succeed in their businesses through their agility.

Today, we are proud to bring one of our key transformation tools to the public - Leading/Coaching Agile Organizations. This Master Workshop is designed for both internal organizational leaders and external agile coaches.

Redmond, Washington - April 17-18, 2012

This unique workshop builds on standard competencies of agile coaching and takes it to the next level focusing on the coach’s role in engaging the leadership, the system, and the cultural layers of an organization and affecting real change and sustaining agility. This course is based on years of applying both successful and failed patterns of agility within IT and product development organizations.

We are seeking those who realize:

  • » Your organization’s agility has hit a plateau or failed to ‘stick’ and you’d like to know why
  • » Your team’s agility is effective at a technical level, but it’s failed to reach full potential
  • » Your organization’s agility is stuck in pockets but hasn’t effectively caught fire throughout

This is a partner offered workshop with special group and partner discounts available - visit SolutionsIQ for more information.
