Leadership Agility Workshop |
An interactive two-day leadership-focused workshop providing the specific skills and competencies required to effectively guide agile organizations. This workshop is an in-depth extension of the Leading/Coaching Agile Organizations Workshop with an self awareness and evaluation using The Leadership Agility 360 Assessment and follow-up Leadership Agility 360 coaching. This workshop is designed for first, middle and senior-level managers seeking to gain more ownership, responsibility, commitment and discipline from their organizations and managers who feel caught in a self-organization trap.
Participants analyze developmental heroic leadership styles of experts and achievers to understand the responsibility traps limiting organizational agility. They explore competencies of post-heroic leadership as a catalyst engaging the organization in achieving results. They apply the Leadership Agility Compass to scenario-based and self-generated examples. They learn their role in "changing the game" by creating and sustaining the organizational structures required for organizational agility. They further develop a language and guidance about their own organization's culture, it's alignment to agility, and how their leadership can impact it.
